How do I place an order?

You can easily place an order on our website by selecting the products you wish to purchase, adding them to your cart, and proceeding to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information and complete your order.
How do I check the progress of my order?

Please check your email for the confirmation email. If you suspect you might have provided us with the wrong email address, please email us at tkgstr23@gmail.com with your name and correct email address for us to locate your order and re-send a new copy of confirmation email to you.
Can I return or exchange my products?

Due to hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. However, if you have received the wrong order, please send pictures to tkgstr23@gmail.com and we will process for the right order to be dispatched as soon as possible.
TKG products are made of what materials?

Our store has various kind of mugs and tumbler. The mugs are made of materials including ceramic, natural Jujube wood and high quality of stainless steel. These materials are free of lead and cadmium;highly durable and resistant to rust. On the other hand, our tumbler are made of BPA-free materials with Double-wall Vacuum Technology for thermal control. Our team here have conducted thorough research to ensure the highest quality materials and provide a sustainable and eco-friendly product to our customers. 
Can I put my tumbler and mugs inside the fridge or freezer?

Yes, you can put your mugs in the fridge or freezer. Our products are designed to withstand a wide range of temperatures and putting them in the fridge or freezer will not damage them. However, please note that sudden changes in temperature can sometimes cause the ceramic to crack and break. Contrary, it is not recommended to put the tumbler in the freezer as you might unintentionally damage the internal double-wall vacuum seal, causing it to lose its insulating properties and not able to keep your beverages temperature as long.
Can I put my tumbler/ mugs in the microwave?

Yes, we strive to use materials that are recyclable for our products. Materials such as ceramicor stainless steelare recyclable. Thus, we encourage our customers to recycle their products once they have reached the end of their lifespan to reduce waste and promote sustainability. However, it's important to note that the recyclability of our products may vary depending on local recycling programs and facilities.
Is TKG products recyclable?

How long will my TKG tumbler stay cold or hot?

Different product has different retention level. For instance, our stainless-steel tumbler with twist-on lid product can keep your drinks warm for 12h and cold for 24h with its internal double-wall vacuum technology.
How do I clean my products (tumbler and mugs)?

We recommend hand washing your products with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbers as they may damage the internal structure of the tumbler and the design of the mug.
